PA to Executive Team (Interim)
  • Location: London, UK
  • Job Type: Interim (Fixed term contract until 31st December 2025)
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part-time will be considered)

Join a leading international health related membership organisation. This interim role offers a unique opportunity to support the executive team during a pivotal year.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide project support for specific initiatives, including organising high-level meetings and events.
  • Organise travel and accommodation for the board of trustees and other officials, as well as scheduled board and council meetings international and local.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and other materials.
  • Make travel arrangements for the CEO and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with planning and organising events and meetings.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including trustees, staff, donors, and partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and reports.
  • Conduct research and analyse data as needed.
  • Provide additional PA support to the CEO under the direction of the Executive Assistant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a non-profit or international organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in managing travel arrangements and organising events.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Competence in using office software and conducting internet research.
