Secretarial Manager
Arguably the most highly desirable US law firm to work at is recruiting a new Secretarial Manager to lead the provision of a first-class secretarial service across the firm.
- To £100,000 per annum
- Hybrid working (4 days in office / 1 day remote)

Secretarial Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the secretarial team
- Partner engagement and coordination
- Monitor and manage workloads and oversee secretarial allocations
- Working closely with the HR Recruitment Advisor to provide end to end recruitment for the team
- Manage the firms secretarial ‘Hub’ ensuring a continued first class administrative service to the trainee and junior lawyers
- Assist with the implementation of firm-wide global projects where they impact the team
- Working with the L&D team, design, establish and maintain a program of personal and professional development for the secretarial and hub teams
Secretarial Manager Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Secretarial Management role within a law firm.
- Previous experience of handling sensitive and / or confidential information.
- Ability to write to write reports, analyse data and prepare business correspondence
