Secretarial Manager

Arguably the most highly desirable US law firm to work at is recruiting a new Secretarial Manager to lead the provision of a first-class secretarial service across the firm.

  • To £100,000 per annum
  • Hybrid working (4 days in office / 1 day remote)

Secretarial Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of the secretarial team
  • Partner engagement and coordination
  • Monitor and manage workloads and oversee secretarial allocations
  • Working closely with the HR Recruitment Advisor to provide end to end recruitment for the team
  • Manage the firms secretarial ‘Hub’ ensuring a continued first class administrative service to the trainee and junior lawyers
  • Assist with the implementation of firm-wide global projects where they impact the team
  • Working with the L&D team, design, establish and maintain a program of personal and professional development for the secretarial and hub teams

Secretarial Manager Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Secretarial Management role within a law firm.
  • Previous experience of handling sensitive and / or confidential information.
  • Ability to write to write reports, analyse data and prepare business correspondence
