Day-to-day of the role:
  • You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inbound calls and responding to enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  •  Engage in a variety of tasks from booking jobs accurately in our system to supporting field staff and preparing important documentation.
  • With your expertise in administrative duties, you will ensure compliance with fire safety legislation, manage contract budgets, and lead negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Your role will be critical in maintaining up-to-date records, managing documentation, and ensuring all processes are followed meticulously.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years + experience in an administrative role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent report writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM/booking systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly and concisely.
  • Self-motivated and well-organised, with a reliable and proactive approach.
