Meraki is working with a Wealth Management firm who are looking for a Senior Administrator to support their Intermediaries business.The successful candidate will have proven experience within Investment, Asset Management, Private Wealth or Banking, supporting Front Office Operations from an administrative perspective. Senior Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Run the monthly rebalancing process
  • Ensure the Intermediaries Office team provide good client outcomes, delivering against expectations and keeping stakeholders updated
  • Monitor all inboxes and manage correspondence
  • Regular engagement and stakeholder management with Business Partners to identify and deliver programmes of work including updates such as monthly management meeting packs
  • Ensure the Intermediaries Business receives timely Management Information and updates for internal and external reporting
  • Represent the Intermediaries Business in various Business governance meetings and business forums, as and when required
 Essential Skills/Knowledge:
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience within a similar Operations role within Financial Services
  • Front Office Operations knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Numerate and able to produce management information
