- Run the monthly rebalancing process
- Ensure the Intermediaries Office team provide good client outcomes, delivering against expectations and keeping stakeholders updated
- Monitor all inboxes and manage correspondence
- Regular engagement and stakeholder management with Business Partners to identify and deliver programmes of work including updates such as monthly management meeting packs
- Ensure the Intermediaries Business receives timely Management Information and updates for internal and external reporting
- Represent the Intermediaries Business in various Business governance meetings and business forums, as and when required
- At least 1-2 years’ experience within a similar Operations role within Financial Services
- Front Office Operations knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Numerate and able to produce management information
