A leading global advisory company is seeking a Junior Team Assistant to provide seamless support across front-of-house, coordination, office management, and admin functions.This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping others stay on track. You’ll be the welcoming face of the office, a go-to person for internal teams, and a reliable support to senior executives.Key responsibilities:As a Junior Team Assistant, your role will cover a broad mix of duties including:
  • Acting as first point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails – creating a professional, friendly front-of-house presence
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks
  • Providing PA-style support to wider team (e.g. booking travel, processing expenses, creating itineraries)
  • Coordinating international travel and accommodation for visiting teams
  • Preparing meeting rooms and materials, including Board papers and presentations
  • Keeping the office well-stocked, organised, and running efficiently day-to-day
  • Supporting ad-hoc team admin, scheduling, and internal communications
