- Acting as first point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails – creating a professional, friendly front-of-house presence
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks
- Providing PA-style support to wider team (e.g. booking travel, processing expenses, creating itineraries)
- Coordinating international travel and accommodation for visiting teams
- Preparing meeting rooms and materials, including Board papers and presentations
- Keeping the office well-stocked, organised, and running efficiently day-to-day
- Supporting ad-hoc team admin, scheduling, and internal communications
- You’re highly organised, proactive, and always thinking one step ahead
