Job Title: Team Assistant – Transaction Team (Maternity Cover) Location: West End, LondonContract Type: Fixed-Term (9–12 months) Start Date: Beginning of July 2025 Hours: 9am-6pm, in office full-time Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum  My client is a boutique property investment company and they are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support their busy transaction team for a 9-12 month maternity contract. This is a key administrative role suited to someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a flexible, can-do attitude. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the team. What you'll do: 
  • Diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for the Transaction Team
  • Preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports
  • Maintaining and updating internal databases and filing systems
  • Supporting the team with due diligence and transaction documentation 
  • Monitoring inboxes and assisting with general correspondence
  • Assisting with team expenses and invoice processing
  • General administrative support and ad hoc duties as needed
Who you are: 
  • At least 2 years' previous experience in a team assistant/PA role (property or financial services experience is a plus but not essential)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Get stuck in and hit the ground running 
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
