We're looking for a Team Secretary to join a busy and dynamic Project & Building Consultancy team supporting a wide range of real estate projects across the UK and EMEA. If you're highly organised, confident communicating with internal teams and clients, and always ready to jump in and help, this could be the ideal role for you.

What you will do

As a vital part of the administrative support team, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations by:

  • Typing and formatting technical reports, schedules, letters, and formal correspondence
  • Managing team diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Assisting with invoice processing and maintaining accurate project documentation
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers on behalf of surveyors and project managers
  • Ensuring high-quality output by following internal procedures and quality checks
  • Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks and collaborating closely with other support staff
What You'll Bring
  • Proven administrative or secretarial experience, ideally within a professional services or property environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Typing speed of at least 50 wpm with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
