- Build relationships with key strategic broker partners and support ongoing engagement activity.
- Assist Underwriters in developing and implementing tailored distribution strategies.
- Represent the broker voice internally and help shape strategic initiatives.
- Attend broker meetings and ensure action points are tracked and delivered.
- Interpret internal and market data to highlight opportunities and inform commercial plans.
- Partner with marketing to produce relevant materials for campaigns and broker engagement.
- Solid knowledge of the London and Lloyd’s insurance market.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across brokers and internal teams.
- An understanding of underwriting and commercial strategies.
- Data interpretation skills and the ability to identify opportunities.
