This newly created Finance Analysis role for a rapidly growing Fintech firm paying £100,000 to £120,000 depending on experience with a Discretionary bonus, based the heart of the West End.

Role

This Finance Analysis will help the Firm scale the finance function, put new processes in place and refine existing ones. This role will work closely with the Finance Director to put in providing support for a growing team. Please find a brief outline of the role below.

  • Perform in-depth financial analysis and develop forecasting models.
  • Automate recurring financial processes and reports using Python.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and data pipelines for financial reporting.
  • Work closely with accounting, operations, and data teams to collect and validate financial data.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and key drivers in financial performance.
  • Support budgeting and planning processes with data-driven insights.
  • Translate business questions into analytical queries and communicate findings clearly.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems.

Profile

The Finance analysis for this Fintech is ideally for the below

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Someone with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong Proficiency in Python
  • Very commercial mindset- this role is speaking to C-suite level
