This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, refining and developing the models, templates, and reports that shape decision-making across the organisation. You’ll play a key part in ensuring financial information is accurate, accessible, and meaningful, helping colleagues at all levels to make confident, informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve and maintain financial models, reporting templates, and dashboards to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.

  • Refine and enhance processes across the business partnering team, identifying opportunities to streamline and add value.

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and month-end processes by ensuring robust, user-friendly tools are in place.

  • Produce and present clear financial reports and updates for senior leadership and governance committees.

  • Collaborate with finance and non-finance colleagues to ensure reporting meets stakeholder needs.

  • Support and mentor two assistant accountants, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Person Specification
  • Part-qualified or actively studying accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with strong technical and process improvement skills.

  • Advanced Excel user, with proven ability to design and adapt models, templates, and reports.

  • Clear communicator, able to present complex information in a simple and accessible way.

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.

  • A proactive team player, eager to share knowledge and support colleagues’ development.
