We're on the hunt for a Bridging Finance Loan Broker to manage applications from enquiry to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding team within a directly FCA-authorised brokerage.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage / broker advising or a similar financial services role
- Background in bridging, BTL, refurb, or development finance
- Proven ability to manage the full lending process
- Strong sales and customer service experience
- CeMAP qualified or equivalent (preferred, not essential)
- Passion for property investment and commercial finance
- Self-motivated problem solver with a proactive approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
