Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Broker to join our dynamic sales team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to build a career in financial sales and investment services. You will be responsible for supporting senior sales staff, developing new business opportunities, and helping maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads through research, networking, and outreach.

  • Support the senior sales team in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups.

  • Schedule and attend client meetings alongside senior executives.

  • Learn and understand the company’s investment products and services.

  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital channels.

  • Help nurture existing client relationships by providing responsive and professional communication.

  • Stay informed on market trends and investment products to contribute to team strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable in client-facing situations.

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
