We are looking to expand their team of skilled Mortgage Advisors. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice to their diverse clientele, working closely with the qualifying and case management teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Your primary focus will be on converting pre-booked, qualified appointments into successful mortgage submissions, while also nurturing relationships with potential clients who aren't immediately ready to proceed.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
  • Realistic OTE: £60,000 - £80,000
  • Guarantee for up to 4 months
  • Uncapped Commission Structure up to 40%
  • 50/50 commission split on ancillary services (solicitors, surveys, etc.)

Working Hours:

  • Four days per week with a normal 9 am - 5:30 pm schedule
  • One evening shift per week from 11 am - 8 pm
  • One weekend in five (Saturday and Sunday, 9 am - 5 pm) with two days off during the week
  • Flexibility to adjust weekends and schedules

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor
  • Experience in a whole-of-market environment (100+ lenders)
  • Proven track record in both purchase and remortgage cases
  • Currently working as a Mortgage Advisor
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to a fast-paced, digital environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Tenacious, resilient, and driven to achieve targets
  • Good understanding of software and technology

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Convert pre-booked, qualified appointments into successful mortgage submissions.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of mortgage products, including specialized affordability solutions.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients who are not immediately ready to proceed.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge on current mortgage market trends and regulations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage process.
  • Achieve individual and team targets for submissions and completions.
