Our client, a specialist mortgage broker in South West London, is seeking a Mortgage Case Manager to join their growing team.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a mortgage administrator in a broker environment, with a customer-focused and detail-oriented approach.
While a CeMAP qualification is desirable, it is not essential for the role.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £35,000 plus bonuses, with a Monday to Friday schedule and no evening or weekend work.

Skills required to become a Mortgage Case Manager;

2 years experience as a mortgage administrator is essential from a broker environment
Customer focused and detail orientated
CeMAP desirable but not essential

Role responsibilities of a Mortgage Case Manager;

Ensure loan criteria is met and clearly explained to customer
Input mortgage applications onto lender portals efficiently and accurately
Updating customer throughout the process
Work closely with mortgage advisors to provide a smooth loan journey
