We're looking for a Team Leader - Bridging Finance to spearhead our specialist finance division. You’ll be hands-on in complex cases while coaching a team of brokers to deliver market-leading results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring a growing team of specialist finance brokers
  • Driving performance through leadership, training, and strategic input
  • Managing your own pipeline of high-value bridging and commercial finance cases
  • Supporting team members with deal structuring and lender relationships
  • Ensuring compliance and FCA standards are met across the team
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on growth strategies and resource planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in bridging, development or commercial finance
  • At least 2 years’ experience in mortgage or finance advisory
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience managing or mentoring others
  • Full CeMAP or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent understanding of property finance and the UK lending market
  • Results-driven and commercially minded
  • Confident, credible, and capable of leading by example
  • Committed to building a collaborative, high-performing team culture
