With a growing national footprint and a strong pipeline of developments across major towns and cities, the business is backed by a well-established private equity group and has formed strategic partnerships with leading institutional investors.

They are seeking an experienced and driven Asset Manager to support the optimisation and performance of a growing UK portfolio. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking team that spans the full property lifecycle-from development to operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day asset management of both operational and development assets, analysing performance against business plans and recommending initiatives to enhance income, valuation, and returns.
  • Prepare detailed internal and external reports, offering insight and commentary on key operational and financial metrics.
  • Take a leading role in delivering the company's ESG strategy, including submissions for industry accreditations such as GRESB and BREEAM.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, working cross-functionally to identify key drivers of financial variance and mitigate risk.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Assist in the management of a small commercial property portfolio.
  • Monitor industry trends and developments, using market insights to inform and improve asset performance.

Key Requirements

  • A relevant undergraduate degree; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret financial and operational data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in preparing financial reports and models.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Solid knowledge of real estate investment principles and relevant legislation.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach and strong work ethic.
  • Prior experience in investment modelling is desirable but not essential.
