An established and growing specialist bridging lender is seeking a dynamic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead commercial strategy, oversee origination, and drive operational excellence.

This is a pivotal senior leadership position with responsibility for delivering loan book growth, managing key stakeholder relationships, and optimising internal processes to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.

The Role:

As CCO, you will work closely with the Board to set and execute commercial objectives while leading origination efforts and fostering a high-performance culture within the team. You will oversee London operations, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure business growth targets are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Drive loan origination in line with funder criteria and company targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, borrowers, and industry partners
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic insights to the Board
  • Support recoveries, including loan restructuring and litigation matters where required
  • Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Represent the business at networking, industry, and client events

What We’re Looking For:

  • Senior leadership experience within financial services (bridging or property finance highly desirable)
  • Proven track record in loan origination and business growth
  • Strong understanding of bridging lending operations, market trends, and compliance requirements
