We're looking for an exceptional Corporate Finance Manager to support a confidential, high-impact project under strict NDA with one of our clients. This is a unique opportunity to work on a sensitive corporate finance assignment within a FTSE 100 environment, where discretion, speed, and technical excellence are essential.

The Role

  • Oversee the set-up of new legal entities from initiation to full operational status.

  • Consolidate multiple project accounts, ensuring complete accuracy and compliance.

  • Prepare detailed key account estimates and maintain robust documentation.

  • Deliver precise financial reports to the central reporting team.

  • Produce audit-ready accounts and liaise directly with auditors.

  • Manage complex corporate accounts with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Experience & Skills

  • ACA/FCA qualified (preferably with Top 4 consultancy experience).

  • 3-4 years PQE in a FTSE 100 corporate environment.

  • Strong background in corporate finance, high-level reporting, and auditing.

  • Experience in corporate restructuring or company change projects is highly desirable.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information under NDA conditions with the highest integrity.
