About the role:
Salter Grange are seeking a skilled and driven Cost Manager to join one of the largest and well know consultancy firms, supporting arange of major projects across all sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver pre- and post-contract cost management services
- Provide detailed cost estimates, budget planning, and procurement advice
- Lead value engineering and change management
- Support contract administration and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Produce cost reports and track project financials through all phases
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Experience working within a similar role working on Data Centre projects
- Strong communication and client facing skills
- Proficient in tools such as CostX, Excel, and MS Project
