This is a key role in enhancing delegated oversight, streamlining processes, and representing the business in market discussions.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team to oversee Coverholders, brokers, and delegated authority arrangements.
  • Manage due diligence for new and renewing Coverholders, ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s standards.
  • Oversee delegated claims authorities, ensuring Coverholders and TPAs meet performance expectations.
  • Drive governance initiatives, including audit oversight and data quality improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to Lloyd’s standards, risk frameworks, and audits.
  • Act as a key relationship manager for delegated authority arrangements, building strong partnerships.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in delegated authority oversight with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements for managing and overseeing delegated arrangements, along with Lloyd’s systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and automation.
