This is a key role in enhancing delegated oversight, streamlining processes, and representing the business in market discussions.Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team to oversee Coverholders, brokers, and delegated authority arrangements.
Manage due diligence for new and renewing Coverholders, ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s standards.
Oversee delegated claims authorities, ensuring Coverholders and TPAs meet performance expectations.
Drive governance initiatives, including audit oversight and data quality improvements.
Ensure adherence to Lloyd’s standards, risk frameworks, and audits.
Act as a key relationship manager for delegated authority arrangements, building strong partnerships.

What You'll Need

Proven experience in delegated authority oversight with team leadership responsibilities.
Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements for managing and overseeing delegated arrangements, along with Lloyd’s systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Passion for data-driven decision-making and automation.
