Finance Business Partner - Gaming

London - with hybrid working (twice per week in the London office)

£65,000/£70,000 + bonus + bens

Alexander Lloyd Senior Finance are delighted to be partnering a high growth online tech business with the key hire of a Finance Business Partner.

Key Duties

  • Working closely with the group leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan. Help business leaders identify leading and lagging performance metrics to manage the business.
  • Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost saving initiatives. Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.
  • Prepare business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions. Produce models with business leaders to project the impact of investments, growth initiatives or operating decisions.
  • Work with group leadership team to build their annual budgets.
  • Provide detailed analysis and commentary on monthly results and work with accounting and group leadership to create the monthly report of business results.
  • Analyse financial and operational results to better understand company performance. Communicate to group and corporate leaders the reasons behind the product/department performance and results.
  • Deliver competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team

Candidate Profile

Candidates will be qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA and will need to demonstrate a strong commercial finance background with examples of business partnering with senior stakeholders. Experience within a high growth/start up environment would be of keen interest!
