As a Sole Charge Finance Manager, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, reporting directly to the Chief Executive. Your responsibilities will include financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and Gift Aid administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy while using Xero. This is a part-time, hybrid role, requiring one day in the office, with flexible remote working for the remainder.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or QBE).
  • Ideally, previous experience in a finance role within a charity.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software would be helpful.
  • Ability to work independently and manage financial operations autonomously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
