Finance Manager | £70,000-£80,000 + Bonus | Central London

Robert Half is proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking professional services firm based in the heart of Central London to recruit a Finance Manager to join its close-knit and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys taking ownership of both day-to-day financial operations and strategic business input.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, cash flow and banking activities
  • Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, KPIs and variance analysis
  • Team management of 2 finance assistants
  • Build and maintain insightful financial reporting aligned with business goals
  • Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Maintain robust financial controls, processes and procedures
  • Support project accounting and contribute to organisational risk management
  • Provide input and analysis to regular board and operational meetings
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategy through financial insight

About You:

  • Professionally qualified (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with a solid technical background, including building financial reports and presenting back to stakeholders and senior management
  • Experience working in a hands-on finance role within an SME environment
  • Experience within a professional services firm or project related background is highly advantageous
  • Confident communicator, able to build trust and explain financial matters clearly across the organisation
