Company based in Hammersmith, Looking for a brand new role as a Finance manager!

Description

  • Posting month-end, weekly and year-end journals
  • Purchase ledger: processing invoices, weekly payment runs
  • Sales ledger: transfer pricing calculations, raising invoices, chasing payments
  • Payroll: ensuring monthly payments are made on time, issuing tax forms (P45s, P60s, P11ds etc.), maternity/paternity and sickness pay, onboarding new staff on the system
  • Expense Approvals
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • VAT returns
  • Preparation of departmental and company management accounts, budgets and financial statements with the Head of Finance
  • Ad hoc analysis / projects

  • Previous experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
