I am currently supporting a luxurious retail company which is needing a new Finance Manager to join their team! I am supporting a luxury retailer who are seeking a new Finance Manager to join their team! This role will manage 3-4 people, take full ownership over the UK entity (from financial reporting, management accounts, budget/forecast, analysis, VAT, payroll etc).
Your New Role
As a Finance Manager, you will play the crucial role of ensuring financial record accuracy.Some key responsibilities of the role include:
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage the finance team (3-4)
- Overseeing all the financial functions
- Assisting with budgeting & forecasting
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
- General ledger management
- Cash flow forecasting
- Supervising day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- VAT, payroll
What You'll Need to Succeed
You'll be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience within the retail / product / consumer industry, ideally with exposure to hands-on / all-rounder finance positions. What You'll Get in Return
