Our real estate client, a leading player in the industrial real estate sector, is seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded FP&A Manager to join their Portfolio (Asset Management) FP&A team.

What you'll do:

As an FP&A Manager in our Portfolio team, your role will be pivotal in driving corporate performance. You will be responsible for overseeing the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts at the asset level. Your keen eye for detail will ensure accuracy in producing the monthly Tenancy Schedule and associated reporting. Collaborating closely with the Asset Management team, you will provide crucial support in approving CAPEX projects. Your ability to define and monitor key asset-level KPIs will enable you to provide valuable insights that drive data-driven decisions and continuous performance improvement. Furthermore, your involvement in strategic projects will directly influence our company's growth trajectory.

  • Drive the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts at the asset level for the standing portfolio
  • Oversee the production of the monthly Tenancy Schedule and associated reporting
  • Business partner with the Asset Management team to produce models and materials to support the approval of CAPEX projects
  • Define and monitor key asset-level KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior management
  • Support high-impact strategic initiatives, including M&A integration, capital markets activity, and new platform developments

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this FP&A Manager role brings progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting or corporate finance. You are ideally ACA, CIMA, CFA qualified or hold an equivalent qualification. Your advanced financial modelling skills coupled with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets make you stand out. Experience with planning tools like Anaplan would be advantageous. Your strong business acumen enables you to translate complex financial data into strategic insights that drive decision-making. A proven track record of stakeholder engagement, including interactions with C-suite and board members, is essential. Your high attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and proactive approach will be key to your success in this role.

  • Progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
  • ACA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Advanced financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with planning tools Anaplan is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
  • Proven track record of stakeholder engagement, including C-suite and board-facing interactions
