- Proficiency with Self-Assessment processes and computational analysis
- Knowledge of specialist payroll systems and regulatory agreements
- Experience drafting comprehensive reports and providing tailored consultations
- Previous leadership experience including quality control oversight
- Expertise in planning for internationally mobile personnel
- Experience handling inquiries across direct taxation, including negotiating settlements
- Knowledge of international equity compensation arrangements (desirable)
