Radley Green is partnering with a global, PE-backed business recently acquired by a private equity firm.

The company is building out its group reporting function, systems, and team, and is seeking a Group Reporting Manager.

This interim-to-perm role offers a rare opportunity to shape the finance structure of a high-growth, PE-backed organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Consolidation

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly consolidated reports for the Board and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare interim and year-end financial statements under IFRS.
  • Manage UK statutory accounts and coordinate audits across multiple entities.
  • Lead group-wide consolidation via OneStream, ensuring compliance with deadlines and policies.
  • Review consolidated balance sheets, cash flows, and key accounting entries (e.g. IFRS 16, intercompany, goodwill, CTA).

Audit, Controls & Compliance

  • Manage internal and external audit processes, including liaising with audit committees.
  • Ensure adherence to IFRS and internal accounting policies.
  • Oversee internal control processes across UK and international entities.
  • Conduct analytical reviews and reconciliations of group results.

Finance Projects & Transformation

  • Support M&A activity, restructuring, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the OneStream consolidation system.
  • Identify and lead improvements in group finance processes and reporting quality.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualified with strong post-qualification experience.
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and consolidation accounting.
  • Experience with OneStream or similar consolidation tools (e.g. Hyperion, SAP BPC).
  • Strong audit background, ideally from a large practice or complex group environment.
