Method Resourcing are partnered with a fast-growing global brand in search of a Head of Finance Business Systems to This high-impact role will sit at the intersection of Finance and Technology, leading global finance systems operations and transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a distributed Finance Systems Team with both global and regional accountability
- Serve as the primary contact for finance systems across internal departments, vendors, and tech teams
- Oversee daily performance and configuration of core platforms (including ERP, P2P, and finance applications)
- Ensure regulatory compliance and enforce internal policy standards across all systems
- Deliver complex finance system initiatives including new implementations, integrations, and upgrades
- Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements across finance processes
- Support and train finance and non-finance users on system capabilities
- Own escalation management and team task prioritisation
Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years' experience managing finance systems, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., D365 F&O or similar) and related financial applications
- Proven experience managing system projects across large or international organisations
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong grasp of financial compliance, controls, and risk
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Fluent English required
Desirable
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Coupa, Nexus, or other P2P platforms
- Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
- Previous involvement in ERP migrations or finance system transformations
- Relevant certifications in ERP or finance systems
Contract Details
- Day-rate: To be discussed at request of the client
- Long-term contract available
- Hybrid or remote working available (occasional travel may be required)
