Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of complex corporate and personal insolvency cases from initiation to completion.
  • Oversee statutory matters, including the preparation of detailed reports and correspondence.
  • Report directly to senior partners, identifying risk issues and developing strategies for resolution.
  • Conduct complex investigations, reviews, and litigation work as required.
  • Monitor job work-in-progress (WIP) and costs to ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Develop and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional growth.
  • Cultivate personal networks to benefit both individual and firm-wide business development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of formal insolvency experience.
  • Proven experience with administrations is essential.
  • Relevant accountancy or insolvency qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPI, JIEB).
  • Strong knowledge of restructuring and insolvency principles.
  • Advisory experience, including options analysis and accelerated mergers and acquisitions, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in IPS and Microsoft Office applications.
