Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of complex corporate and personal insolvency cases from initiation to completion.
- Oversee statutory matters, including the preparation of detailed reports and correspondence.
- Report directly to senior partners, identifying risk issues and developing strategies for resolution.
- Conduct complex investigations, reviews, and litigation work as required.
- Monitor job work-in-progress (WIP) and costs to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Develop and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional growth.
- Cultivate personal networks to benefit both individual and firm-wide business development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of formal insolvency experience.
- Proven experience with administrations is essential.
- Relevant accountancy or insolvency qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPI, JIEB).
- Strong knowledge of restructuring and insolvency principles.
- Advisory experience, including options analysis and accelerated mergers and acquisitions, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Proficiency in IPS and Microsoft Office applications.
