We are working with a prestigious cultural and heritage organisation based in Greenwich to appoint an Interim Finance Director on a 6-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance leader to support the organisation through a period of strategic importance. The role is 100% office-based and offers up to £85,000 per annum (pro rata).

The Role:

The Interim Finance Director will report to the CEO and work closely with the senior leadership team. Responsibilities include strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. You will also oversee a small finance team and ensure the organisation's financial operations run effectively.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a similar senior finance role
  • Ideally experienced within the charity, public, or cultural sectors - desirable but not essential
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a dynamic environment
