Associate, Japanese Corporate Banking - What You'll be Doing:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to customers and Relationship Managers for account maintenance
  • Act as a first-level advisor to customers and escalate complex issues when required
  • Verify customer documentation to support processing by other teams
  • Build inter-office relationships and support effective collaboration

Associate, Japanese Corporate Banking - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Business level Japanese (both written and spoken Keigo)
  • Customer-facing and team-working experience
  • Background in corporate banking is ideal
  • Logical analysis and effective prioritisation
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and collaborative skills
