INrecruitment are seeking a M&A Tax Manager for our client, one of the UK’s leading firms with a national and international reach, based in London.

Role

Working within the wider Corporate & Business Tax team the successful M&A Tax Manager will support senior colleagues in providing tailored tax advice to clients across a range of mid-market corporate transactions, and across all areas of transaction tax.

The successful M&A Tax Manager will:

  • Manage the day-to-day workflow on transaction projects
  • Be responsible for the delivery of technical advisory and due diligence reports for Director/Partner review
  • When required, liaise with internal specialist teams to support the delivery of the project
  • Communicate with all stakeholders to the transaction including clients and their professional advisors
  • Provide pre-sale support and tax restructuring
  • Provide transaction tax support and structuring advice to vendors on sale mandates
  • Support senior colleagues in client meetings and presentations

Person

Our clients are looking for someone who is ACA or ACCA (or equivalent), or CTA qualified, with a practice background in an advisory or due diligence-focused role.

The successful M&A Tax Manager must have UK transaction tax experience across the mid-markets, the ability to deliver against tight deadlines, well-developed communication skills, and the ability to build trust and professional relationships with all stakeholders.
