The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Middle Office Manager to join the Trade & Supply Chain Finance team within Client & Transaction Services on a Hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and 2 at home. This role offers direct client exposure, managing complex transactions while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key corporate clients for Supply Chain Finance products
  • Structure and execute new facilities from inception to completion
  • Handle complex transactions, client queries, and ensure exceptional service standards
  • Coordinate with relationship managers, legal, credit, operations, and compliance teams
  • Support client digital platform onboarding and system training
  • Ensure all transactions meet regulatory and compliance requirements
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' banking experience with at least 5 years in Supply Chain Finance
  • Proven track record managing complex client relationships
  • Strong understanding of wholesale banking products and trade finance structures
  • Experience in deal structuring, execution, and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills and client service orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
