The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Middle Office Manager to join the Trade & Supply Chain Finance team within Client & Transaction Services on a Hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and 2 at home. This role offers direct client exposure, managing complex transactions while supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with key corporate clients for Supply Chain Finance products
- Structure and execute new facilities from inception to completion
- Handle complex transactions, client queries, and ensure exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with relationship managers, legal, credit, operations, and compliance teams
- Support client digital platform onboarding and system training
- Ensure all transactions meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Minimum 10 years' banking experience with at least 5 years in Supply Chain Finance
- Proven track record managing complex client relationships
- Strong understanding of wholesale banking products and trade finance structures
- Experience in deal structuring, execution, and documentation
- Excellent communication skills and client service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
