Performance Management Reporting Analyst6 Month ContractLocation: London (Hybrid)

Lorien's UK leading Investment banking client are currently looking for a highly skilled Reporting Analyst to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.

You will manage part of the PMR operation activities including: Coverage of all PMR (Performance Management Revenue) reporting requirements connected to UK Territory and UK CIB for key Finance & Business Line stakeholder management. You will monitor the COR(cost of Risk) of CIB UK and act as CIB UK budget control tower. You will provide functional oversight to the UK PMR team near & offshore. Hold a good understanding & follow the performance of all CIB activities.

Essential Experience (in order of importance)

  • Proven working experience in a Managerial position
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA/CPA)
  • Extensive post qualification experience with a background in Performance Management
  • Track record of building strong collaborative relationships with individuals and teams at all levels up to senior business management
  • Experience of leading, working & collaborating with Off Shore functions

Skills & Competencies

  • Previous experience of banking systems and a strong understanding of Financing & Securities products
  • Excellent Excel and Access skills below VBA level
  • Strong accounting knowledge of banking products
  • Strong sense of organisation, ability to prioritize tasks, results driven & committed to targets/ deadlines
  • Logical and a detailed approach to analysis and interpretation
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and further improve the quality of the end result
