Having recruited a number of candidates within this team over the last 3 years, this firm are looking to recruit a commercial minded senior tax manager to join this expanding team due to continued growth.

This key division within a global consulting firm is currently searching for talent at the Senior Manager / Associate Director level to join this ever expanding team.

Working within the M&A and Deals team you will be working cross-functionally on the end to end deal process, working within the corporate tax, fund structuring, Capital Allowances, Private Equity as well as some VAT. This well-connected team work on deals of various sizes such as global hedge fund deals, high profile Far East & Middle Eastern acquisitions as examples

The ideal candidate is ACA, CTA, CA or a Law qualification with experience from a Big 4 / Top 10 Tax practice, In-House tax teams or possibly from a Law firm working in the M&A tax or PE funds teams.
