KennedyPearce is hiring a Transactional Finance Manager, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. This role is based in West London. This is your chance to take ownership of our Accounts Payable & Receivable functions, managing teams across the UK and a shared service centre while driving accuracy, compliance, and scalable finance operations that support our international growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a Transactional Finance team (AP & AR)
  • Manage vendor and customer payments, reconciliations, and aged debtors/creditors
  • Strengthen financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards
  • Act as the key point of contact for audits, integrations, and system upgrades
  • Proactively drive process improvement, automation, and scalability across finance operations
