Treasury Manager – Manufacturing

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 Benefits

We’re partnering with a leading and fast-growing manufacturing business headquartered in London. As they continue to expand, they’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to take ownership of cash and liquidity management across a complex, multi-entity structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily cash positions and liquidity across multi-entity, multi-currency operations.
  • Prepare accurate short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, including detailed variance analysis.
  • Maintain and optimise bank account structures, oversee funding requirements, and manage intercompany cash flows.
  • Identify and deliver process improvements, increasing efficiency and control in treasury operations.
  • Monitor and manage FX exposures, implementing hedging strategies where appropriate.
  • Build strong relationships with banking partners and work closely with finance, operations, and supply chain teams.
About You
  • Proven experience in treasury, cash management, or a related finance role, ideally within manufacturing or another complex multi-entity environment.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data tools a plus.
  • Familiarity with banking platforms and TMS (e.g., Quantum, Kyriba, SAP, FIS Integrity).
  • ACT or ACA/ACCA qualified (or working towards) preferred.
  • Able to work proactively, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Available immediately or on short notice.
