- Recognised CCAB qualification and have worked in the commercial and not for profit sector with significant experience in accounting roles including previous Financial Planning & Analysis roles.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of implementing and utilising financial analysis tools and business models. Including the need to regularly review and refine approaches and methodology to adapt to changing internal and external priorities and contexts.
- Able to demonstrate a customer focussed approach, have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge constructively at a senior level.
- A self-motivator, with proven experience of leading transformational change, developing and empowering individuals to realise their potential.
