Join a Boutique Wealth Firm Focused on Ethical, Client-Centric Advice

We’re proud to partner with this award-winning boutique Wealth Management firm, with whom we’ve worked closely for over five years. During this time, we've placed the majority of their team as they’ve grown steadily through organic referrals and a strong reputation for transparent, jargon-free advice.

Led by a charismatic and well-respected Managing Director—known for media appearances discussing ethical financial planning—the firm champions a refreshingly human approach to wealth management. Clients are seen as individuals, not just numbers, and their needs drive everything the business does.

Due to continued growth, they’re now seeking a Career Paraplanner to support two of the firm’s most experienced Advisers. This is a broad and involved role where you’ll be truly embedded in the advice process. Responsibilities include:

  • Attending client meetings alongside Advisers
  • Conducting product and fund research
  • Performing fund switches and cashflow modelling
  • Writing full suitability reports
  • Supporting the client review process, especially for lower-value clients once familiar with systems and processes

This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your career in a firm where values and integrity come first. They are deeply embedded in their East London community, sharing profits to support local charitable initiatives and proud to have grown without the need for outbound business development.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Around 18 months’ Paraplanning experience
  • Experience writing suitability reports
  • Strong communication skills and client focus
  • Diploma qualification (Level 4) is not essential - full study support is offered, but there is no pressure to complete exams unless you choose to

If you're looking for a long-term Paraplanning role in a genuinely client-first environment, this could be the perfect next step.
