Are you a Paraplanner looking for more purpose in your work? Do you want to be part of a financial planning firm where people and community come first — not just profits?

This is your chance to join a boutique wealth management practice that’s quietly doing things differently. With a human-first approach to financial advice, this firm supports a diverse range of clients — often going above and beyond to provide accessible, empathetic financial planning services.

Led by an inspiring adviser who has built the business around inclusion, creativity, and social impact, this is a place where your work truly means something. Whether it’s helping families new to the UK or engaging with community arts, everything here is grounded in values, not just bottom lines.

? What You’ll Be Doing

  • Writing templated suitability reports (training provided if needed)
  • Attending client meetings (most happen in the office)
  • Supporting two collaborative and highly ethical advisers
  • Researching products and assisting with fund switches
  • Optional involvement in annual review work as your confidence grows
  • Enjoying a relaxed and friendly working environment

?? Why This Role Stands Out

  • ?? Purpose-led - Some clients are advised pro bono to support underserved communities
  • ????? Inclusive leadership - Female-led and proudly challenging industry norms
  • ? Creative energy - The founder is active in community arts and culture
  • ? Weekly team meals - Regular in-office lunches catered for the team
  • ?? Clear progression - Salary reviews post-probation and as responsibilities grow
  • ?? Career development - Full support with exams and further qualifications

? What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 18 months’ paraplanning experience (templated report writing is fine)
  • Ideally RO1-qualified (but experience and attitude are more important)
  • Willing to work full-time in the office (free parking available)
  • A positive, humble team player who’s passionate about making a difference

? Bonus Points If You…We especially value candidates with life experience and emotional intelligence. If you’ve ever:

  • Volunteered, supported a charity, or given time to a cause
  • Been involved in music, performance, or creative groups
  • Provided care to a loved one or supported your community in a meaningful way…we’d love to hear about it.

This is an exclusive opportunity with a longstanding client who hires thoughtfully and quickly — we’ve placed multiple professionals into this close-knit team over the years, and they thrive here.
