We are seeking an experiencedFreelance Finishing Managerto oversee the final stages of a residential development comprising 34 units, including accessible (ADA) and retirement housing. The role will focus on ensuring high-quality finishes, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and drive snagging and finishing works to completion.

Coordinate subcontractors and trades to achieve programme targets.

Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and building regulations.

Oversee H&S practices on site.

Liaise with client, site team, and inspectors to ensure a smooth handover process.

Monitor and report on progress against deadlines.
Requirements:

Proven track record as a Finishing Manager on residential developments.

Strong eye for detail and quality control.

Experience with retirement and/or accessible housing desirable.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple trades on site.
