About the Royal Over-Seas League (ROSL):

Under the direction of theRestaurant & Bars Manager, and within the limits of ROSLs policies and procedures your main role is to help ensure the smooth day to day operation of the Restaurants at ROSL including the DOY Bar, supervise breakfast service when required and Central Lounge, Drawing Room and Mountbatten Room. You are also responsible for ensuring a personalised, warm, and friendly service is provided to our members.

With a strong people supervisory background and excellent commercial and organisational skills, the F&B Supervisor plays a key role in leading the team to achieve a personalised, warm and friendly service to our members, guests and visitors.


You are also responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the Restaurants & Bars and that a personalised, warm and friendly service is provided to our members, in line with our values;

The ideal candidate will require:

Extensive experience in a similar role in a hotel, bar or members club environment

Excellent Leadership skills

Good staff development retention

Excellent customer service skills

Solid experience in team management

Effective leadership and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and a high-level of written and spoken English

A passion for F&B knowledge

Experience of managing EPOS systems

A team player, who can gain the best from their team

Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a busy environment

Flexible and adaptable
