A fast growing, London based restaurant group is looking to grow its Food Safety team. Known for its strong values and diverse dining concepts, the business is committed to maintaining high standards as it scales. This role supports the delivery of best in class food safety practices in a fast paced, values driven environment.

You'll oversee food safety across a varied restaurant portfolio, supporting partners from launch through day to day operations. You'll lead audits, deliver training, ensure compliance, and work closely with the Head of Food Safety on wider strategy. The role also includes managing one direct report and helping shape a growing, high-performing team. 

This is a Monday to Friday, site based role.
