Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications, and redirect them as necessary.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Person Specification
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and data protection standards.
