What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the main point of contact for strategic export clients, delivering a consistently high level of service.
- Building long-term, trust-based relationships and spotting opportunities to grow and strengthen accounts.
- Managing the end-to-end export operations, from documentation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
- Managing shipments through CargoWise and Pathway, providing clients with real-time updates and complete visibility.
- Collaborating with business development, customs, and operations teams to create smooth, tailored solutions for each client.
- Taking ownership of account performance, delivering client reviews, insights, and proactive solutions that drive value.
- Handling invoicing and cost management to support healthy margins and commercial success.
What we are looking for?
- Proven experience in export ocean freight operations within a freight forwarding company is essential.
- Proficiency with CargoWise or similar Transport Management Systems is desirable.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Proactive, solutions-driven, with the ability to anticipate client needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with experience in purchase order management considered a plus.
