About the Role – KS2 Class Teacher (ECT)
As an ECT, you will be teaching a Key Stage 2 class (Year 3, 4 or 5, depending on your strengths and interests). You’ll plan and deliver inclusive, engaging lessons and work closely with your year group team to develop your practice in a supportive, collaborative environment. You’ll be given time for reflection and professional development, including regular coaching and support from experienced colleagues and mentors. This is a full time, and permanent position. 

Person Specification – KS2 Class Teacher (ECT)
We are looking for an ECT who is enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to helping every child achieve their potential. You should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have a sound understanding of the KS2 curriculum. You’ll bring energy, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for inclusive, high-quality teaching. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude to professional growth, and the ability to be a positive, collaborative team member are essential.
