In this role, you will:
•    Take full responsibility for a Year 4 class, creating a rich and inclusive learning experience
•    Develop inspiring, engaging lessons that challenge and support all learners
•    Assess progress effectively and use data to inform next steps in teaching
•    Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, trips or curriculum enrichment
•    Play an active part in a supportive, collaborative year group team
•    Maintain strong communication with parents, carers and colleagues across the school

We are seeking a Year 4 Class Teacher who:
•    Has UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
•    Demonstrates a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum, especially Year 4 content
•    Plans with creativity, purpose and an inclusive mindset
•    Believes that every child can succeed and shows determination to make that happen
•    Thrives in a team-oriented environment where professional learning is valued
•    Is positive, adaptable and resilient in the face of challenge
