Requirements of a KS2 Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- An engaging and dynamic teaching approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding
- A team player who builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Responsibilities of a KS2 Teacher:
- Plan and deliver exciting and differentiated KS2 lessons
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
- Track and assess pupil progress, supporting individual learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning
- Participate fully in the life of the school and its wider community
