A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Assistant Back of House Manager to join and assist in leading the Back of House department at The Connaught.

As Assistant Back of House Manager you will assist in ensuring the smooth running of the Back of House operation in conjunction with the Back of House Manager. You will be responsible for effectively managing the operation to ensure that sufficient stock is available as per business needs and deliver an exceptional service to guests and colleagues alike. You will make sure that Health and Safety standards are adhered to all times as per company policy.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Assistant Back of House Manager with proven experience within a similar environment. An excellent and confident communicator, you will take hands on approach to your role and your team, within a focus on training and development. You must be familiar with Health and Safety regulations and able to share this knowledge with your colleagues.
